My Week in Review • Week 19

Happy Sunday, er Monday, Bookworms!!

Welcome to my weekly Week in Review post!

Here I share all the things I've been up to during the past week.
Check back every Sunday for new updates!

Now, here's what I've been up to this week!

This past week was pretty busy, and I didn't get to read quite as many books as I had hoped. I did read The High Tide Club by Mary Kay Andrews, as well as Paper Princess by Erin Watt and Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo. I'm hoping to have my thoughts for all of these books up on the blog soon!

My plan to watch a movie a month in May is not going very well at all. *grin*
I am coming to terms with the fact that I'm really just not a movie person.
Or TV, apparently. *shrug* I guess I'd just rather be reading. ;)

I am still going to try to reach my goal of 100 movies this year, and I've watched 43 so far, so I seem to be on the right track.

This week I watched She's All That, and Transformers: The Last Knight!

I'm a little late getting this post up, but better late than never! (Again.) Yesterday was Mother's Day, so I basically just chilled all day, and it was awesome. Now I have a whole lot of catching up to do!

It's officially the last week of school for the kiddos, and though they all have a busy summer ahead, I'm looking forwarding to things calming down a bit. (AND not having to wake up at 5am for a while.) I'm hoping for a great summer with lots of reading and relaxing.

That's about all for me this week! How was your week??

  1. I keep wanting to be an anime person or a comic book person but it's just not for me either. I like watching TV series though, I usually watch an episode when we have dinner. I don't keep up with every latest release though and rarely watch new movies!
