My Week in Review • Week 31

Happy Monday, Bookworms!!

Welcome to my weekly Week in Review post!

Here I share all the things I've been up to during the past week.
Check back every Sunday for new updates!

Now, here's what I've been up to this week!

This week I read 5 books, which is not the start I had hoped for August, but still isn't too bad.

I FINALLY read Dance of Thieves by Mary E. Pearson, which just happens to be my MOST anticipated read for 2018, and I have to tell you, this book was definitely worth the wait!

#MurderTrending by Gretchen McNeil and The Darkest Legacy by Alexandra Bracken were both on my TBR for this week, and both are books that I also really enjoyed. I will have my thoughts for ALL of these books up on the blog this week!

And I also finished my re-read of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince earlier this week, and I can't believe that I'm almost finished my re-read of this series. (AGAIN!!) Seriously, how is it that I can just read these books over and over again, and they never get old. They are so magical!!

And I also finished Twisted Palace by Erin Watt this week as well!!

I've not watched any movies this week, but the hubby and I did start watching Parks and Recreation, which is really interesting so far!

I don't really have much to recap for this week, as it was a pretty busy week getting things together for the kids to go back to school. I can't believe they are heading back already, and I'm not really looking forward to our Summer Break coming to an end. There are going to be SO many changes this school year, and I'm not sure I'm ready for them at all. Sigh. But, we'll see how it goes, and I plan to enjoy the kids being home for the next few days until they go back.

And hey, at least I might have some more reading time soon! :)

That's all for me this week, so....
