My most anticipated book of 2012? Easy- Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor. The first book in the series (Daughter of Smoke and Bone) was hands down the best book I read last year.

There's a true animal story that came out long before our time, 1966! An elderly couple raises a quail from birth! It was famous, I finally found a used copy last year, and will finally open it.
