Week in Review • Week 11

Geez, can you believe we are already 11 weeks into this new year?
The time is definitely flying by!!

This week was a good week. I finished quite a few books, and watched a movie as well.
Go me!

This week I read two physical books, one being Seven Days of You by Cecilia Vinesse, which was super cute, and also The Whole Thing Together by Ann Brashares, which I'll have a review up on the blog soon!

I listened to quite a few audiobooks as well, including The Harder You Fall by Gena Showalter, which I really enjoyed, and can't wait for the next few books in the series to come out.

I also listened to Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher, to refresh my brain before the series comes out on Netflix later this month. I'm really excited to watch it.

And I finished the audiobooks for  Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief  and Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan. This is my second time reading these books, and I'm really enjoying them!

Six books this week. Not too bad!

I only watched one movie this week, but I was super stoked to finally watch Casablanca with my book club girls! This was my very first time watching the movie, and I'm kicking myself for not having watched it sooner. I LOVE THIS MOVIE! And I really can't wait to watch it again. Hopefully soon!

My kids are officially out of school for Spring Break. I imagine I'm not going to get a lot accomplished this week with them home, but I'm hoping to at least get in a little bit of reading time. We will see!! We did start Spring Cleaning today, and I LOVE what we've done so far. Out with the old!

That's about all for me this week, sooo....

  1. I thought Seven Days of You was super cute too. I have The Whole Thing Together to get to soon. We don't have spring break here until April. I need to get to spring cleaning soon myself. I love getting rid of stuff!! Have a great week!

  2. I thought Seven Days of You was a cute read as well. I LOVE Casablanca. I am so glad you got to watch it...such an awesome classic film. Have a great week and enjoy spring break!

  3. I agree. Seven Days was super cute, and Vinesse mentioned my alma mater too (RU!). I am excited to watch Thirteen Reasons Why too. It's been a while since I read it. You were smart to do a refresher. Have a great week!
