Week in Review • Week 47

Happy Sunday, and Welcome to my weekly Week in Review post!

Here I share all the things I've been up to during the previous week.
Check back every Sunday for new post updates!

Now, here's what I've been up to this week!

After being on my TBR for FOREVER, I've finally read, and finished, A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab this week! I really enjoyed the story, and I'm totally kicking myself for not having read it sooner. I'm really looking forward to reading the next two books in the series now!

I also finished my re-read of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince this week as well, and I can't believe I'm almost finished re-reading the series. (Again!) One more book, and then I get to watch the movies again!

I also finished The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan this week. It's a bit different than the Percy Jackson / Heroes of Olympus series', and I wasn't sure how I was going to like that, but it was really fun to read along with the story.

I feel like I watched a lot of movies this week, but it's really only 5.
(Which is pretty massive for me!)

The Addams Family Values and Planes, Trains and Automobiles were both on my Thanksgiving movie list, and while I had hoped to watch more movies on Thanksgiving, I'm glad I did get to watch these two. :)

It's not officially the holiday season in my house until I watch
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation!

We watched it, and Home Alone & Home Alone 2 while we put up the Christmas Tree!

What a week! Between The Hubby and the kids being home for Thanksgiving Break, all the cooking and cleaning, and the start of Basketball Cheer Season, I'm kind of amazed that I got anything done this week. But, I did, and it was a really good week! I hope that I can keep it up for next week, though I'm looking forward to a little bit of normalcy returning next week as well. :)

That's about all for me this week, so...
