My Thoughts...
I absolutely couldn't wait to start Dream On by Kerstin Gier, especially after that ending in the first book, Dream a Little Dream. I was excited to see what was going to happen next for Liv and her crew, and what turn the series would take next. Now having read the book, I can't wait to get my hands on the next book when it's released!

All of the characters that we met in Dream a Little Dream are back in this captivating sequel. Liv is just as humorous as ever, and I love the adventures that she gets into during the book. I love the relationship that she has with her sister, Mia. They are such a good team, and together they can cause quite a stir. I love the new family that they've merged into as well; the parents are awesome, and while I'm waiting on Florence to finally come around, Grayson is a really great big brother. And let's not leave out Henry, who I still love as much as I did in the first book. *wink*

As with the first book, the storyline for Dream On is very intriguing. I love the thought of a dream world where you can visit people, even though, as we find out in this book, it's not always a good thing sometimes. I love that this book kept me guessing. The bad guy was not at all who I thought it was going to be, even though I'm kicking myself for not seeing it coming. AND, I'm still guessing as to who 'Secrecy' is! Every time I think I have it figured out, I start second guessing myself. I have absolutely no idea who it is, and that's KILLING me! Haha! Hopefully we will know who that is soon as well.

Overall; Dream On was a fabulous second book to this entertaining series. I am really excited to get my hands on the third book now, and I'll be patiently waiting for the US release date for that as well. I'm also bumping Gier's Precious Stone trilogy up on my TBR list as well!

Mysterious doors with lizard-head knobs. Talking stone statues. A crazy girl with a hatchet. Yes, Liv's dreams have been pretty weird lately. Especially the one where she's in a graveyard at night, watching four boys conduct dark magic rituals.

The strangest part is that Liv recognizes the boys in her dream. They're classmates from her new school in London, the school where she's starting over because her mom has moved them to a new country (again). But what's really scaring Liv is that the dream boys seem to know things about her in real life, things they couldn't possibly know--unless they actually are in her dreams? My Thoughts...
When I first discovered Dream a Little Dream by Kerstin Gier, I knew I would have to read the book. I've had her Precious Stone trilogy on my to-be-read list for quite a while now, but haven't had the chance to read them yet, so I was excited to finally read something by her. I really enjoyed Dream a Little Dream more than I expected to, and now I'm curious to read more by Gier as soon as possible!!

The characters in the book were all interesting, and each in their own unique way. The main character, Liv, was quite hilarious, and made me giggle more than a few times throughout the book. The boys in the story were all interesting as well, but I'd rather you read the book and meet them yourself  than to try to explain them all to you. One in particular will make you swoon. *wink*

The storyline for the book was engrossing, and it felt very similar to Maggie Stiefvater's Raven Cycle series, which I absolutely adore. I love that this book kept me guessing throughout, although I did have one part figured out pretty quickly, and I thank my powers of suspicion for that, but I love not really knowing what was going to happen next in the story. I can't to continue on with this series!

Overall; I found Dream a Little Dream to be a very enjoyable read, and I can't wait to start the second book in the series, Dream On, which was released on May 3rd in the US! I'm super curious to see what adventure is next for Liv and her boys!!
