Friday Hops 6/10

Follow Friday! #17

Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee. It's a great way to meet new blogger friends!

This weeks question is:
Q. The magic book fairy pops out of your cereal box and says "you and your favorite character (from a book of course) can switch places!" Who are you going to switch with?
Easy! Elizabeth Bennett! I would give anything meet Mr. Darcy!  Or maybe Megan from The Iron Fey series... Just so I could meet Ash! Yum! :)

Book Blogger Hop #15

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Crazy-For-Books.com. It's a great way to meet new people and friends around the blogworld!

Today's question is:
“Who is the ONE author that you are DYING to meet?
Another easy one... Jane Austen! Eh, it would be kind of hard to meet her though... So I would also say... Kelley Armstrong, Lisa McMann, Cassandra Clare, Richelle Mead, Kimberly Derting.... Oh my, I could go on all day, but you did say just one. Oooops!

Thanks for stopping by everyone! Please leave a comment with your link so I can follow you back!

  2. I wish it were easy! Although I would love to both be Lizzie and Meghan, although I think in place of Meghan I might be Grimalkin! Purr. :)

  3. Pride and Prejudice is on my list of summer reads. So many people love it. But I have not read a single thing by Jane Austen. For shame I know. I love Mr.Darcy though (I have seen the mini series and the movie). I will come back and follow as soon as blogger will let me. Happy weekend. and don't forget to check out my answer--> http://unautrehistoire.blogspot.com/

  11. Elizabeth Bennett is an amazing choice. Sigh...Mr Darcy.

I am just starting the Iron Fey series (reading the first book now) and haven't met Ash much but I do love Megan already. Great pick there too.

Happy weekend, and I hope you read some great books this week.

  15. Old follower hopping by. I see your GFC is AWOL, as well. I would have loved to meet Jane Austen, too, but the whole time travel aspect is a bit problematic. :D

  17. Wow! Every answer I’ve read is a great one. Some have been surprising, too.

The one author I have to meet before I die? Tricky question! It took me a long time – much longer than usual – to come up with an answer.

Who’s that author I’m dying to meet?

Hop this way to find out my roguish answer – http://www.howardsherman.net

  21. It would be pretty awesome to marry Mr Darcy. He's like, the very first sorta misunderstood/bad boy like character..appropriate to the time period of course. I'd love to meet Cassie Clare too! In fact, most of the authors you mentioned aha

  23. Haha somehow classics didn't come to my mind when I was doing these memes! A pleasant surprise to see Elizabeth and Jane Austen as your choices (:

Check out my Follow Friday and Book Blogger Hop! (: New follower.

  24. It would be quite difficult to meet Jane Austen, but maybe you can invent a time machine or something. You visit old England, she visits 21st century America with internet and book blogs. win-win.
